Heinrich Schneider is one of the most creativ chefs in Italy. It will be a unique culinary experience, where you can taste the surrounding nature with all the wild herbs and mushrooms, that Heinrich picked earlier in the day in the forest for you. Once we have seated you comfortably, we will guide you gently through the sixteen unique dishes, prepared freshly every day. The world takes on a different hue from the highest Michelin starred restaurant in Italy, in our small & luxurious hotel. Imagine relaxing on the sun terrace as Chef Heinrich strolls past with his basket of freshly-cut herbs, on his way to put the finishing touches to your gourmet dinner. Handmade plates, one-off pieces for particular guests, decorated by several artists, and hand-blown wine glasses, all add to the creative ambiance, much like the handmade breakfast crockery in this hotel and restaurant. The extensive wine list with 1000 different labels, or the visit to the wine loft, with Gisela to guide you through the perfect pairings to suit your meal, cannot fail to delight. Our sublime restaurant, Terra, is open Monday to Saturday from 7pm. For guests visiting for dinner, but not hotel residents, we offer two menus. The Terra Tasting is €119 and the Terra Experience is €198.
